By accessing or using SmartFlexiKit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or downloads content from SmartFlexiKit. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SmartFlexiKit. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

SmartFlexiKit is a free, no-login UI template marketplace. We provide:

• Browsable, searchable catalogue of UI templates and components.
• Live demo previews hosted on third-party platforms.
• Direct ZIP download links to template source code hosted on GitHub.
• Template metadata including framework, category, and description.

We do not charge fees for template downloads. The service is funded through advertising (Google AdSense). We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3.1 Template License

Unless a specific template states otherwise, all templates on SmartFlexiKit are released under a free-to-use license that grants you the following rights:

• Use templates in unlimited personal projects.
• Use templates in unlimited commercial projects and client work.
• Modify, extend, and build upon templates freely.
• Include templates as part of products or SaaS applications you distribute.

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the original, unmodified templates as your own product on any marketplace (e.g., ThemeForest, Creative Market, TemplateMonster).
• Claim original authorship of templates you have not substantially modified.
• Remove any attribution comments from template source files (where present).
• Use templates to build services that directly compete with SmartFlexiKit without significant modification.

3.3 SmartFlexiKit Platform Content

The SmartFlexiKit website, brand identity, logo, written content, and platform code are the intellectual property of SmartFlexiKit and are not covered by the template license above. You may not reproduce or redistribute the SmartFlexiKit brand or platform without written permission.

When using SmartFlexiKit, you agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download templates via automated scripts without permission.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the SmartFlexiKit platform or infrastructure.
• Not upload, post, or link to any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Ensure the templates you download are suitable for your use case — we do not guarantee compatibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmartFlexiKit and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of templates or the Service.
• Security vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in template code that affect your project.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from use of our templates.
• Downtime, unavailability, or errors in the SmartFlexiKit platform.
• Actions of third-party services linked from SmartFlexiKit (GitHub, Vercel, live demo hosts).

You use SmartFlexiKit and all downloaded templates entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for testing, validating, and securing any template code before deploying it to a production environment.

SmartFlexiKit contains links to external websites and services, including but not limited to:

Inclusion of any external link does not constitute endorsement by SmartFlexiKit. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of external sites.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SmartFlexiKit, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on SmartFlexiKit templates or platform.
• Your violation of these Terms of Service.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content or projects you create using SmartFlexiKit templates.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
